Removal and installation
1. Drain the coolant.
2. Remove the trim panel.
3. Remove the hood lock.
4. Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses and the hoses from the automatic transmission fluid cooler.
5. Disconnect the connectors of the fan motors, the cooling fan switch, the air conditioning compressor clutch and remove the radiator from the engine compartment.
6. Remove the fan diffusers and fans from the radiator.
7. Installation of parts during assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
8. Fill the cooling system with coolant.
Removal and installation of the radiator (K20A). 1 - cooling system fan assembly with casing, 2 - upper radiator hose, 3 - drain plug, 4 - radiator cap, 5 - radiator, 6, 7 - sealing ring, 8 - radiator support, 9 - cooling system fan switch, 10 - lower radiator hose, 11 - expansion tank, 12 - air conditioning fan assembly with casing, 13 - cooling system fan switch connector, 14 - fan connectors.
Removal and installation the radiator (D15B, D17A). 1 - fan motor connectors, 2 - cooling system fan, 3 - automatic transmission fluid cooler hoses, 4 - air conditioning fan, 5 - drain plug, 6 - sealing ring, 7 - upper radiator hose, 8 - radiator cap, 9 - radiator, 10 - expansion tank, 11 - lower radiator hose, 12 - lower radiator support.
