- Clean oil pan gasket contact surfaces before installation.
Caution: Do not overtighten the drain plug.
Engine oil change
Caution: When the engine is hot, carefully remove the drain plug; the oil is hot and may burn.
1. Warm up the engine.
2. Drain the engine oil.

3. Install the drain plug with a new gasket and fill with new oil.

4. Fill the engine with oil to the required level, run the engine for three minutes or more, then check for leaks and the oil level.
