1. OIL PUMP. Repair (see below). Examination (see below). Apply sealant to the contact surface of the block.
2. REFERENCE PIN
3. O-RING, Replace.
4. OIL PRESSURE SENSOR, 18 Nm (1.8 kgf/m). 1/8 inch BSPT (British Pipe Tapered Thread) 28 threads/inch. Use appropriate sealant.
5. O-RING. Replace.
6. OIL BREATHER CHAMBER
7. 6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
8. OIL FILTER. Replacement (see below)
9. REFLECTOR PLATE
10. OIL PAN GASKET. Replace.
11. OIL PAN.
12. WASHER, Replace.
13. DRAIN HOLE BOLT, 39 Nm (4.0 kgf/m). Do not overtighten.
14. 6x1.0 mm, 12 Nm (1.2 kgf/m) 15.6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
16. MESH OIL FILTER
17. 6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
18. GASKET. Replace.
19. 6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
Note:
- When assembling, install new O-rings.
- Apply oil to the O-rings before installation.
- Use sealant P/N 08C70-K0234M, 08C70-K0334M or 08C70-X0331S.
- Before installation, clean the contact surfaces under the oil pan gasket.

14. WASHER, Replace.
15. Apply sealant at these points.
16. 6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
17. 6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
18. GASKET. Replace. 19.6x1.0 mm, 11 Nm (1.1 kgf/m)
