Adjusting the horizontal clearance
Loosen the hinge (B) mounting bolts to the body (see the "Adjusting the hood" figure) and adjust the gap. After adjustment, tighten the mounting bolts.
- Tightening torque - 9.8 Nm
After adjustment, apply grease as shown in the figure.
Adjusting vertical clearances
Adjust the height of the front edge of the hood (A) by turning the cushions (C) as shown in the illustration "Adjusting the hood".
Adjusting the position of the hood lock
Loosen the bolts (E) securing the hood lock (D) and adjust the lock position vertically and horizontally; as shown in the figure "Adjusting the hood". After adjustment, tighten the mounting bolts.
- Tightening torque - 9.8 Nm
After adjustment, apply grease as shown in the figure.
