Note: the system is evacuated if air enters the system (repair, replacement of components). If the system has been open for several days, replace the receiver.
1. Install the pressure gauge block, vacuum pump and charging cylinders as shown in the figure.
Pressure gauge block with three valves. 1 - low pressure valve, 2 - central valve, 3 - high pressure valve, 4 - check valve, 5 - vacuum pump, 6 - high pressure line quick-release adapter, 7 - low pressure line quick-release adapter.
Pressure gauge block with two valves. 1 - low pressure valve, 2 - central valve, 3 - high pressure valve, 4 - vacuum pump, 5 - high pressure line quick-release adapter, 6 - low pressure line quick-release adapter, 7 - check valve.
2. Turn on the vacuum pump, open the high pressure, low pressure and center valves.
3. After 15 minutes, close all valves and turn off the vacuum pump.
4. Make sure the pressure in the low pressure line is more than 93.3 kPa.
If the pressure is less than 93.3 kPa, check the system for leaks. If there are no leaks, turn on the vacuum pump, open all valves, bring the pressure to 93.3 kPa, close all valves and turn off the vacuum pump.
