Warning! See warnings at the beginning Relieving pressure in the fuel system.
1. Relieve the pressure in the fuel system (see Relieving pressure in the fuel system).
2. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Warning! If the car stereo system is equipped with a security code, make sure you have the correct combination to activate the system before disconnecting the battery!
3a. Disconnect the vacuum and fuel hoses from the pressure regulator, then remove the mounting bolts (Civic).
3b. Mounting bolts (Integra).
4. Remove the pressure regulator.
5. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Do not forget to replace the sealing ring, which should be lightly lubricated with clean engine oil before installation.
6. Check the engine for signs of fuel leaks.
