Withdrawal
1. Loosen the wheel nuts. Raise the front of the car, put it on stands and remove the wheels.
2. Hold the tip with a wrench. loosen the lock nut, unscrew it to a distance sufficient to mark the relative position of the tip and the rod with paint.

3. Remove the cotter pin and loosen the handpiece stud nut, do not twist the nuts completely!
4. Separate a tip of cross-section draft from a rotary fist. Remove the nut and dismantle the tip.
Installation
5. Wrap the tip to the mark and insert the ball pin into the steering knuckle. Do not overtighten the lock nut.

6. Tighten the ball stud nut to specification. Install a new pin.
7. Tighten the lock nut.
8. Install wheels and tighten nuts. Lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel nuts.
9. Have your wheel alignment checked at a service station.
