Examination
1. Remove the radiator fan relay.
Engine compartment relay and fuse box. 1 - air conditioning fan relay, 2 - cooling system fan relay.
2. Apply battery voltage to terminal "3" and ground to terminal "4". Check for continuity between terminals "1" and "2".
3. Remove voltage from terminal "3" and check that there is no conductivity.
Replace the relay if necessary.
