Evaporator Air Temperature Sensor (Hatchback) (Honda Civic 7)

Removal and installation

1. Disconnect the connector (A) from the air temperature sensor behind the evaporator (B), detach the connector retainer (C) from the bracket. Turn the sensor counterclockwise until it stops and remove it.



2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Examination

1. Place the sensor in cold water and measure the resistance at the sensor terminals.

2. Add hot water and watch the change in resistance.

3. Make sure that the obtained values do not differ or differ slightly from the graph.
