Removal/check
1. Remove the clutch release fork boot.
2. Disconnect the clutch release fork from the fork support by pressing the spring clips. Remove the fork and then the release bearing.

3. Check the release bearing: it should rotate smoothly, without jamming.
Attention: the release bearing is filled with consistent grease, therefore it is prohibited to wash it in cleaning solutions, etc.

If the release bearing has excessive play, replace it.
Installation
Note: Use only Honda Genuine Urea UM264 (P\N 42211-PY5-305)
1. With the clutch release fork inserted between the stops of the release bearing, install the release bearing on the drive shaft while simultaneously pushing the fork through the hole in the clutch housing.
2. Align the lock on the release fork with the fork stop, then press the release fork against the fork stop in sequence.

3. Move the release fork right and left to ensure that it is properly seated on the release bearing and that the release bearing slides smoothly.
4. Install the release fork boot, making sure that the boot seals the release fork and clutch housing tightly.
