Installation
1. Apply grease to the splines of the driven clutch disc. Place the disc on the gearbox shaft to distribute the grease evenly across the splines. Remove excess grease.
Note: Use Honda UM264 grease (P/N 41211 -PYS-3O5).
2. Install the flywheel lock.
3. Install the driven disk using the special tool as shown in the figure.
4. Install the clutch housing assembly.
Note: Align the mark on the flywheel with the mark on the clutch cover.
5. Tighten the mounting bolts in the order shown in the figure. Tighten the bolts in several steps to avoid bending the diaphragm spring.
6. Remove the special tool.
7. Check the height difference between the diaphragm spring pins.
