If the sunroof electric drive fails, do the following.
1. Check the sunroof motor fuse, see Section Circuit breakers. If a fuse is blown, replace it with a good fuse rated for the same or less current rating.
2. Try to close the sunroof panel. If the new fuse blows immediately or the motor still does not work, you can close the sunroof manually.
3. Remove the tool kit from the trunk.
4. Using a screwdriver or a coin, remove the round plug that is located on the ceiling and closes the keyhole.
5. Insert the faceted end of the crank wrench into the socket of the sunroof drive clutch. Turn the key knob clockwise to fully close the sunroof.
6. Remove the key from the clutch socket and replace the plug.
