1. Check the condition of the sunroof motor fuse, see Section Fuses. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a good fuse rated for the same or lower current rating.
2. Try closing the sunroof panel. If the new fuse blows immediately or the motor still does not work, you can close the sunroof manually.
3. Remove the tool kit from the trunk.

4. Using a screwdriver or a coin, remove the round plug that is located on the ceiling and covers the key socket.

5. Insert the flat end of the open-end wrench into the sunroof clutch socket. Turn the handle of the wrench clockwise until the sunroof is completely closed.
6. Remove the key from the clutch socket and replace the plug.
