1. Drain the transmission oil or fluid.

2. Remove the left drive shaft.

3. Remove the guide bolts.

4. Remove the intermediate shaft from the differential.

Caution: Keep the intermediate shaft horizontal until it is released from the differential to prevent damage to the differential seal.

2. Remove the intermediate shaft outer seal from the bearing support.

5. Remove the inner retaining ring.

  • Clean the disassembled parts with solvent and dry them thoroughly with compressed air.
