Vehicle Identification Numbers (Honda Civic 3)

The vehicle number is stamped on the rear wall of the engine compartment and repeated on a plate under the windshield on the driver's side.

The engine number on early models is stamped on the right rear side of the block and duplicated on a plate on the left side of the radiator frame.

The gearbox number is located on the top of the gearbox.
