2. Unscrew the nuts and disconnect from the manifold (or both collectors) front exhaust pipe. On V6 engines, you must additionally unscrew the bolt and disconnect the pipe bracket.
3. Remove the heat shields.
4. Loosen the bolts and remove the manifold bracket.
5. Loosen the nuts in a diagonal sequence, starting from the periphery and moving towards the center.
6. Remove the manifold (or both collectors) and clean.
Installation
7. Install the manifold in place, replacing the gasket. Tighten the nuts.
8. Install the manifold bracket (if provided) and tighten the bolts to 44 Nm.
9. Tighten the manifold mounting nuts in a diagonal order to a torque of 31 Nm, starting with the nuts in the central part and moving towards the periphery.
10. Install all removed parts in reverse order. Replace the exhaust pipe gasket. Tighten the mounting nuts to a torque of 55 Nm.
