Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. Set the piston of the 1st cylinder to the TDC of the compression stroke, aligning the marks. Violation of the alignment of marks during disassembly is not allowed.
3. Disconnect the vent hose and breather hose and the vacuum hose on the suction duct from the throttle.
4. Remove the suction duct.
5. Remove from a soaking-up collector and from coils of ignition of a cover.
6. Disconnect from a throttle branch pipe cables.
7. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation and brake booster hoses.
8. Disconnect the wires from the suction manifold.
9. Remove the suction manifold.
10. Remove both cylinder head covers and upper camshaft belt covers.
11. Loosen the adjusting screws.
12. Evenly and gradually, in a diagonal manner, unscrew the bolts of the camshaft holders, making 2 turns per reception. Don't get the bolts.
13. Remove the rocker rollers. If it is necessary to replace the rocker arms and rollers, the bolts can be removed, having previously marked the location of the parts on the roller, so that they can be installed in their original places during assembly.
Installation
14. Lubricate the camshaft cams and rocker arms with engine oil.
15. Assemble the rocker rollers (if the node was disassembled).
16. Install the rocker rollers in place. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the photo with a final torque of 24 Nm, making 2 turns per step.
17. Adjust the clearances in the valve drive mechanism. Tighten the screw locknut with a torque of 24 Nm.
18. Install the remaining parts removed in reverse order.
