Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Set the piston of the 1st cylinder to TDC of the compression stroke, aligning the marks. Violation of the alignment of marks during disassembly is not permitted.
3. Disconnect the vent hose and breather hose from the throttle body and the vacuum hose on the intake air duct.
4. Remove the intake air duct.
5. Remove the covers from the intake manifold and ignition coils.
6. Disconnect the cables from the throttle body.
7. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation and brake booster hoses.
8. Disconnect the wires from the intake manifold.
9. Remove the intake manifold.
10. Remove both cylinder head covers and the upper camshaft belt covers.
11. Loosen the adjusting screws.
12. Evenly and gradually, in a diagonal order, unscrew the camshaft holder bolts, making 2 turns at a time. Don't take out the bolts.
13. Remove the rollers with rocker arms. If it is necessary to replace the rocker arms and shafts, the bolts can be removed, after marking the location of the parts on the shaft, so that they can be installed in their original places during assembly.
Installation
14. Lubricate the camshaft lobes and rocker arms with engine oil.
15. Assemble the rollers with rocker arms (if the unit was disassembled).
16. Install the shafts with rocker arms in place. Tighten the bolts in the order shown in the photo to a final torque of 24 Nm, 2 turns per turn.

17. Adjust the clearances in the valve drive mechanism. Tighten the screw lock nut to a torque of 24 Nm.
18. Install the remaining removed parts in reverse order.
