Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Remove the air duct by disconnecting the hoses.
3. Remove the manifold and ignition coil covers.
4. Disconnect the throttle and cruise control cables from the throttle body.
5. Disconnect the vacuum booster and crankcase ventilation hoses from the manifold.
6. Disconnect the wiring connectors from the manifold.
7. Disconnect the hoses from the throttle body.
8. Remove the manifold and clean.
Installation
9. Install the manifold in place, replacing the gasket. Tighten the manifold mounting bolts in the order shown in the photo to a torque of 22 Nm.
10. Further assembly is carried out in reverse order.
