Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Decompress the fuel system (ch. 5).
4. Disconnect the cruise control cable.
5. Designate and disconnect from a throttle branch pipe and a collector all sockets.
6. Disconnect the throttle cable, air duct and coolant hoses from the throttle tube.
7. Remove the throttle pipe by unscrewing the 2 bolts and the nut attaching to the manifold.
8. Remove 2 manifold brackets.
9. Turn away bolts and remove soaking-up collector. Check the condition of the collector. Replace manifold if cracks are found.
Installation
10. Install the manifold stand. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 18-25 Nm.
11. Install the suction manifold, replacing the gasket. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 24 Nm, starting from the central part of the manifold and moving towards the periphery.
12. Establish a throttle branch pipe, tighten bolts and a nut with the moment of 22 Nanometers.
13. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order.
