
2. Bend the lock nut tongue (A) out of the groove of the guide sleeve. To avoid damaging the guide sleeve, make sure the tongue is completely out of the groove.

3. Install the special tool on the connecting flange.

4. Loosen the lock nut (A) counterclockwise until the tongue (B) comes out of the groove (C) in the coupling guide.

5. Tighten the lock nut (A) until the tongue (B) aligns with the groove (C).

6. Remove any dirt from the groove in the coupling guide, then loosen the lock nut.
7. Loosen the lock nut (A), remove the disc spring washer (B), protective ring (C), O-ring (D) and connecting flange (E).

8. Loosen the eight mounting bolts (A) in a crisscross pattern in several passes, then remove the differential torque distributor housing (B) and the dowel pins (C).

9. Remove the adjusting washer (A) and the coupling guide (B).

10. Remove the clutch hub/plates/discs (A) and pressure plate (B).

11. Remove the thrust needle bearing (A) and oil pump drive shaft (B).

12. Remove the oil pump housing assembly (A), oil pump pin (B), seal (C), magnet (D) and ATF strainer (E).
