1. LOCK NUT, 24 mm. Replace, 118 Nm (12.0 kgf/m)
2. PROTECTIVE RING
3. O-ring. Replace
4. CONNECTING FLANGE
5. 6x1.0 mm, 12 Nm (1.2 kgf/m)
6. DIFFERENTIAL TORQUE DISTRIBUTOR
7. REFERENCE PINS
8. 6x1.0 mm, 12 Nm (1.2 kgf/m)
9. SEAL. Replace
10. OIL PUMP BODY ASSEMBLY
11. OIL PUMP DRIVE SHAFT
12. THRUST NEEDLE BEARING
13. DIFFERENTIAL CUP ASSEMBLY
14. SEAL. Replace
15. FILLER PLUG, 47 Nm (4.8 kgf/m)
16. DRAIN PLUG, 47 Nm (4.8 kgf/m)
17. WASHERS. Replace
18. OIL FILTER
19. MAGNET
20. OIL PUMP PIN
21. SEAL. Replace
22. BREATHER PIPE
23. ADJUSTING WASHER, 30 mm
24. COUPLING GUIDE
25. HUB/PLATES/CLUTCH DISC
26. PRESSURE DISC
27. BELLELLE SPRING WASHER, 24mm
1. Remove the plugs from the drain and filler holes.
2. Bend the tab of the locknut out of the groove of the guide sleeve. Make sure the tongue is completely out of the groove to avoid damage to the guide sleeve.
3. Install the special tool on the connecting flange.
4. Loosen the locknut counterclockwise until the tongue comes out of the groove in the guide sleeve.
5. Tighten locknut until tongue lines up with groove.
6. Remove dirt from the groove in the guide sleeve, then loosen the jam nut.
7. Loosen the lock nut, remove the belleville washer, protective ring, O-ring and connecting flange.
8. Remove the torque converter housing and dowel pins.
9. Remove the shim and coupling guide.
10. Remove hub/plates/clutch discs and pressure plate.
11. Remove the thrust needle bearing and oil pump drive shaft.
12. Remove the oil pump housing assembly, oil pump pin, magnet and oil filter.
