Withdrawal
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. On parts of cars, remove the TDC sensor mounted on the pump housing.
3. Remove the camshaft timing belt drive sprocket from the crankshaft tip.
4. Fix the balance shaft by inserting a strong screwdriver into the hole behind the sprocket of this shaft, unscrew the bolt and remove the sprocket.
5. Turn out the M12 plug on the right side of the cylinder block under the coolant pump, which closes the hole for fixing the rear balancer shaft. Rotate the balance shaft so that a tool can be inserted into the hole (screwdriver or beard) to a depth of 74 mm.
6. Remove the balance shaft drive gear housing, remove the guide pins.
7. Turn away a bolt and remove a driving gear wheel of a balancing shaft. Remove the shaft fixing tool.
8. Remove the oil pan and oil receiver.
9. Turn away bolts and remove the oil pump. Remove the guide pins from the cylinder block. Clean the pump and split plane of the cylinder block.
Installation
10. Press the new crankshaft and balancer shaft oil seals into the pump housing with a mandrel.
11. Establish in the block of cylinders new pins and a new sealing ring.
12. Apply to the split plane of the pump (in the middle of the flange) thin bead of sealant, lubricate the bolt holes with sealant (in order to avoid leakage, fill the engine with oil no earlier than 30 minutes after the installation of the pump).
13. Install the pump and tighten the bolts to 12 Nm.
14. Install the oil receiver, tighten the bolts with a torque of 12 Nm.
15. Install the oil pan.
16. Fix the front balance shaft, put on the sprocket and tighten the bolt with a torque of 29 Nm.
17. Fix the rear balance shaft, put on the sprocket and tighten the bolt with a torque of 25 Nm.
18. Lubricate the friction surfaces of the balancer shaft gears with molybdenum grease.
19. Align the groove on the edge of the balance shaft with the pointer on the gear housing.
20. Install the gear housing, replacing the gasket. Wrap bolts and a nut. Fix the rear balancer shaft with a stud 100 mm long and 6.0 mm in diameter and tighten the bolts to a torque of 25 Nm.
21. Make sure the pointer on the balance shaft sprocket is aligned with the pointer on the oil pump housing.
22. Remove the stud and screw on the screw plug with a new seal. Tighten the plug with a torque of 29 Nm.
23. Install the camshaft belt and tensioners.
