CR-V and 4-cylinder Odyssey
1. Drain the coolant.
2. Disconnect the upper and lower hoses from the radiator.
3. On vehicles with automatic transmission, disconnect the cooling hoses from the radiator and plug the holes.
4. Disconnect from a radiator sockets of gauges of inclusion of fans.
5. Remove the top brackets and buffers.
6. Remove the heatsink by lifting it up.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. At the end, fill in the liquid, without closing the radiator cap, start the engine and stop after turning on the fan twice. Add fluid to the radiator and reservoir.
Odyssey V6
1. Remove the battery.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Remove the top radiator trim by gently prying and removing the clips.
4. Remove the wire holder, which is located next to the Y-bracket, right behind the grille.
5. Turn away bolts and remove a Y-bracket.
6. Remove the wiring trays and the relay and fuse mounting block from the battery bracket, remove the bolts and remove the battery bracket.
7. Remove the holders and remove the wiring harnesses from the upper radiator bracket.
8. Disconnect the upper and lower hoses from the radiator.
9. Disconnect from a radiator hoses of cooling of automatic transmission and muffle openings.
10. Remove the upper radiator bracket with buffers assembly with the air conditioning condenser bracket.
11. Turn away the top bolts of a casing of fans and release the bottom bolts, get fans in gathering with casings.
12. Disconnect the tank hose from the radiator and remove the radiator from the engine compartment. If the radiator will change, then rearrange the fitting of the transmission cooling pipes to the new radiator.
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
