1. Disconnect the connector from the fan (black wire - ground, colored wire with stripes - power).
2. Connect the fan to the battery with a wire with a 30 A fuse, connect the second terminal of the fan to ground.
3. If the fan does not turn on, or the insert constantly burns out, then the fan should be replaced, after first checking the condition of the test wires and the presence of short circuits to ground.
