The RCM unit regulates the pressure in the clutches by activating the solenoid valves A, B and C for regulating the pressure in the automatic transmission clutches. When switching between low and high gears, the clutch is smoothly engaged and disengaged by means of the solenoid valves A, B and C for regulating the pressure in the automatic transmission clutches.

The RCM unit receives signals from various sensors and switches, processes the data and supplies current to the A, B and C solenoid valves for regulating the pressure in the automatic transmission clutches.
