Except for KZ model:
1. Relieve fuel pressure.
2. Remove the fuel tank filler cap.
3. Fold the rear seats forward and roll up the carpet until the viewing panel is accessible.
4. Remove the inspection panel (A) in the floor.

5. Disconnect the 5-pin connector (B) from the fuel pump.
6. Disconnect the quick release fitting (C) from the fuel tank sensor.
7. Using the special tool, loosen the lock nut (A) of the fuel tank sensor.

8. Loosen the lock nut (A) and remove the fuel pump assembly (picture in the middle column at the top).
9. Remove the strainer housing (B), fuel gauge sensor (C), housing (D), disconnect the wiring harness (E) and the fuel pressure regulator (F).
10. When connecting the fuel filter assembly, make sure that the connection is secure and that the suction filter (G) is firmly fixed to the fuel pump (H).

11. Install the fuel pump in the reverse order of removal, installing a new gasket (I) in the base and new O-rings (J), then check the following:
- When connecting the wiring harness, make sure the connection is secure and that the connector (K) is firmly seated.
- When installing the fuel gauge sensor, make sure the connection is secure and that the connector is firmly seated. Do not bend or twist it excessively.
- When installing the fuel pump assembly, align the marks (L) on the fuel tank (M) and the fuel pump assembly (N).
Model KZ
1. Relieve fuel pressure.
2. Remove the fuel tank filler cap.
3. Fold the rear seats forward and roll up the carpet until the viewing panel is accessible.
4. Remove the inspection panel (A) in the floor.

5. Disconnect the 5-pin connector (B) from the fuel pump.
6. Disconnect the quick release fitting (C) from the fuel tank sensor.
7. Remove the fuel tank sensor (A).

8. Remove the mesh filter housing (A), fuel level indicator sensor (B), disconnect the wiring harness (C).

9. When connecting the fuel tank sensor, make sure that the connection is secure and that the suction filter (D) is firmly fixed to the fuel pump (E).
10. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal, placing a new gasket (F) in the base and new O-rings (G), then check the following:
- When connecting the wiring harness, make sure the connection is secure and that the connector (H) is firmly seated.
- When installing the fuel gauge sensor, make sure the connection is secure and that the connector is firmly seated. Do not bend or twist it excessively.
