1. Start the engine, increase the speed to 3000 rpm, warm up the engine and switch to idle speed.

2. Check the slack in the cable (the cable should deviate in both directions by 10-12 mm).

3. If the slack is not within the norm, loosen the lock nut and adjust the throttle cable.
