1. Mark the relative position of the shaft relative to the gearbox flange and disconnect the propeller shaft.

2. Unlock the transfer case flange nut by bending back the flange.

3. While holding the flange, loosen the nut and remove the conical spring washer, ring, washer and flange (pay attention to the orientation of the removed parts so that they can be installed in the same order when reassembling). Carefully remove the seal.

4. Install the new seal and the removed parts in reverse order (when installing the cardan shaft, align the marks made during disassembly). Replace the conical spring washer, lock washer and nut. Lubricate the nut and washers with transmission fluid. Tighten the nut to 132 Nm and lock it by bending the flange into the groove.
