1. Mark the relative position of the shaft relative to the box flange and disconnect the cardan shaft.
2. Loosen the transfer box flange nut by bending the collar.
3. While holding the flange, unscrew the nut and remove the conical spring washer, ring, washer and flange (pay attention to the orientation of the parts to be removed so that when assembling, install them in the same order). Carefully remove the seal.
4. Install new oil seal and removed parts in reverse order (when installing the cardan shaft, align the marks made during disassembly). Replace the conical spring washer, lock washer and nut. Lubricate the nut and washers with transmission fluid. Tighten the nut with a torque of 132 Nm and lock by bending the collar into the groove.
