Cylinder head — assembly (Honda CR-V 1)

1. Lubricate the valve stems and install them into the cylinder head without disturbing their original installation (if removed valves are installed).

2. Install the thrust washers.

3. Install the oil seals, lubricating the guide sleeve. If the rod seal is made in the form of a ring, then install the ring after installing and compressing the spring, before installing the crackers.

4. Install the springs and plates.

5. Compress the valve spring and install the crackers into the valve grooves and release the spring. Repeat the procedure for all valves.

6. Install the tappets, camshaft, and other parts.
