2. Carefully relieve fuel pressure.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from each injector.
4. Disconnect the vacuum hose and fuel return hose from the pressure regulator.
Cover the hoses with a cloth before disconnecting.
5. Loosen the fixing nuts of the fuel line.
6. Disconnect the fuel line.
7. Remove the injector (s) from the intake manifold.
8. Slide a new damping ring onto the injector.
9. Coat the new O-ring with clean engine oil and place it on the injector.
10. Insert the injectors into the fuel line. The fuel line together with the injectors will be installed as an assembly. Be careful not to drop the injectors from the fuel line!
11. Coat the new seals with clean engine oil and press them into the intake manifold.
12. Install the fuel line and injectors as an assembly into the manifold.
13. Align the center line of the connector with the mark on the fuel line.
14. Install the fixing nuts and tighten them to 12 Nm.
15. Connect vacuum hose and fuel return hose to pressure regulator.
16. Connect the wires to the injector connectors.
17. Turn the ignition key to the ON position, but do not start the starter. After the fuel pump has been running for approximately two seconds, the fuel pressure in the fuel line will rise. Repeat this two or three times, then check for fuel leaks.
