2. Apply Urea Grease UM264 (P/N 41211-PY-305) onto the release fork (A) and release bearing (B). Install the release fork and release bearing.

3. Install the transmission rear mount bracket (A) and transmission rear mount (B).

4. Place the gearbox on a jack and raise it to engine level.
5. Screw the two lower mounting bolts into the gearbox.

6. Install the four lower mounting bolts into the transmission.

7. Install the front engine mount.
8. Install the clamp (B) on the harness.

9. Install the cover on the clutch.
Model with 2.0L engine capacity:

Model with 2.4L engine capacity:

10. Support the subframe with a jack, placing a 10x10x100 cm wooden block underneath.

11. Install the front suspension subframe (A) in its original position, aligning the marks (B) made during removal.

12. Install the three lower mounting bolts into the rear transmission mount.

13. Install the mounting bolt into the front engine mount bracket.

14. Install the intermediate shaft.
15. Install the drive shafts.
16. On 4WD models, install the driveshaft.
17. Install the transmission mount bracket (A) and screw in the transmission mounting bolt (B).

18. Install the air cleaner bracket (C).
19. Loosen the front engine mount bracket mounting bolt, then tighten it.

20. Install the mud deflector.

21. Screw the two upper mounting bolts into the gearbox.

22. Remove the chain winch.
23. Screw the bolt (A) into the air cleaner housing mounting bracket, the water pipe mounting bolts (B), install the cover (C) onto the wiring harness.

24. Apply Urea Grease UM264 (P/N 41211-PY-305) to the end of the working cylinder rod. Install the slave cylinder. Do not bend the clutch pipe.

25. Install the cable bracket (A) and connect the cables (B).

26. Connect the vehicle speed sensor (A) and the reversing light switch connector (B).

27. Connect the ground cable (A) to the gearbox.

28. Install the battery shelf (B).
29. Install the air intake pipe.
30. Install the air cleaner housing.
31. Install the battery. First connect the cable to the positive (+) battery terminal, then to the negative (-).
32. Fill with transmission fluid.
33. Road test the car.
34. Check the operation of the clutch.
35. Check the front wheel alignment angles.
36. Enter the security code for the car radio, then the frequencies of the preset radio stations.
