2. Remove the retaining clip (A). Disconnect the clutch pipe (B). To prevent brake fluid from leaking out of the clutch pipe, seal its end with a napkin.
3. Disconnect the reservoir hose (C) from the clutch master cylinder. To prevent brake fluid from leaking out of the reservoir hose, plug its end with a napkin.
4. Pry up the cotter pin (A) and remove the pedal pin (B) from the fork. Remove the clutch master cylinder mounting nuts (C).
5. Remove the clutch master cylinder (A).
6. Remove the O-ring (B) and clutch master cylinder seal (C) from the clutch master cylinder.
7. Install the clutch master cylinder in the reverse order of removal. Install a new O-ring. Tighten the master cylinder mounting nuts to a torque of 13 Nm (1.3 kgf·m). Make sure that the tabs on the master cylinder hose clamps face the directions shown.
8. To prevent the mounting clamp (A) from slipping, spread the tabs on the tip of the mounting clamp (B) using a screwdriver.
9. Bleed the clutch master cylinder hydraulic system.
