6. WASHER, Replace.
7. PISTON ASSEMBLY. Check for wear and damage
8. LUBRICATION (for brakes)
9. STOPPER. Check for damage and distortion
10. 18 Nm (1.8 kgf/m)
11. Cotter Pin, Replace
12. FORK
13. PEDAL PIN (Urea Grease)
14. RING CLAMP
15. PUSH ROD
16. CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER SEAL
17. 8x1.25 mm, 13 Nm (1.3 kgf/m)
18. MASTER CYLINDER HOUSING. Check the cylinder walls for scratches and wear


Warning!
  • Do not spill brake fluid on your vehicle; it can ruin the paint; if brake fluid gets on the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
  • Clean all components in brake fluid and air dry; blow out all channels with compressed air.
  • Before assembly, wipe off dust and remove foreign particles from all components.
  • Replace components if directed.
  • Prevent dirt and other foreign substances from entering the brake fluid.
  • Do not mix brake fluid of different brands, as they may be incompatible.
  • Do not reuse drained brake fluid. Use only Genuine Honda Brake Fluid or equivalent DOT3 or DOT4 fluid.
