9. STOP. Check for damage and distortion
10. 18 Nm (1.8 kgf/m)
11. PIN, Replace
12. FORK
13. PEDAL PIN (Lubricant Urea)
14. RING CLAMP
15. PRESSURE ROD
16. CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER SEAL
17. 8x1.25 mm, 13 Nm (1.3 kgf/m)
18. MASTER CYLINDER BODY. Check cylinder walls for scratches and wear
Warning!
- Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle; it can ruin the color; If brake fluid gets on the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
- Clean all components in brake fluid and air dry; blow out all channels with compressed air.
- Before assembly, wipe off dust and remove foreign particles from all components.
- Replace components if instructed to do so.
- Keep brake fluid free of dirt and other foreign matter.
- Do not mix different brands of brake fluid as they may not be compatible.
- Do not reuse drained brake fluid. Use only Genuine Honda Brake Fluid or equivalent DOT3 or DOT4 fluid.
