1. Remove the master cylinder.

Warning:
  • Do not damage the surfaces and threads of the amplifier studs.
  • Do not bend or damage the brake lines.


8. The brake booster is installed in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
  • Before installing the brake booster, check the clearance of the push rod.
  • When installing, install a new cotter pin.
  • After installing the brake booster and master cylinder, fill the reservoir with fresh brake fluid, bleed the brake system, and adjust the height and free play of the brake pedal.
