Brake booster (A)



Check the brake operation by pressing the brake pedal. If the brakes do not operate properly, check the brake booster. If the brake booster does not operate properly or shows signs of leakage, replace the brake booster assembly.

Piston seal and grease nipple (B)



Check the brake operation by pressing the brake pedal. Visually inspect for damage or signs of fluid leakage. If the pedal does not operate properly or if there is damage or signs of fluid leakage, replace the master cylinder assembly.

Check the difference in pedal travel when pressing the pedal quickly and slowly. If there is a difference in pedal travel, replace the master cylinder assembly.

Brake hoses (C)



Conduct a visual inspection for damage or signs of fluid leakage. If the brake hose is damaged or leaking, replace it with a new one.

Caliper piston seal and piston dust boots (D)



Check the brake operation by pressing the brake pedal. Conduct a visual inspection for damage or signs of fluid leakage. If the pedal is not working properly, the brakes are sticking, there is damage or signs of fluid leakage, disassemble and inspect the brake caliper. If the caliper is disassembled, replace the dust boots and seals with new ones.



Working cylinder piston seal and dust cover (E)



Check the brake operation by pressing the brake pedal. Conduct a visual inspection for damage or signs of fluid leakage. If the pedal is not working properly, the brake is sticking, there is damage or signs of fluid leakage, disassemble and inspect the slave cylinder. If the slave cylinder is disassembled, replace the piston seals and dust covers with new ones.
