Note:
- Be careful not to scratch the back door.
- Wear protective gloves.
1. Remove the rear door limiter assembly.
2. Disconnect the cylinder rod (A) and the rear door glass opening rod (B) from the rear door lock cylinder (C).

3. Remove the retaining clip (A) using the L-shaped tool, then remove the lock cylinder (B) from the rear door handle (C).

4. Remove the bolt securing the cylinder cover (A) and the rear door handle. Unhook the hook (B), then remove the cover.

5. Remove the bolt securing the rear door handle and remove the spacer (A).

6. Remove the outer handle (A) by pulling it as shown in the figure.

7. Install the rear door handle in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Make sure all rods are connected securely.
- Make sure the rear door lock locks and unlocks properly.
- Install the lock cylinder retaining clip onto the handle, then insert the lock cylinder. Make sure the clip is fully seated in the groove on the lock cylinder.
