Note:
- Be careful not to scratch the back door.
- Wear protective gloves.
1. Remove the lower trim panel of the rear door.
2. Disconnect the rear door glass link (A), rear door glass opening link (B) and connector (C) from the actuator, then disconnect the connector from the rear door.
3. Remove the bolts, then remove the rear door glass drive (A).
4. The drive is installed in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Make sure the drive connector is connected properly and all rods are connected securely.
- Connect the rear door glass rod (A) in the following order:
- Move the lever (B) of the lock (C) to the "locked" position.
- While holding the lever (B) in the "locked" position, eliminate the play in the rod on the lock side by pulling the rod in the direction indicated by the arrow.
- Move the drive lever (D) to the specified position indicated by the arrow.
- Make sure the rear door glass opens properly and locks securely.
