Note: Avoid scratching the body and adjacent components.
1. Remove the rear license plate plate (see above).
2. Disconnect the rear door release cable from the rear door handle.
3. Unscrew the nuts, then remove the rear door handle.
4. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Make sure the rear lid opening cable is connected correctly.
