
Note: When assembling, please refer to the exploded view image.
1. Clean all parts in solvent, dry them and apply grease to the contact areas, except for the hubs of the 3rd/4th and 5th gear synchronizers.
2. Install the needle bearing and 3rd gear onto the secondary shaft.
3. Install the double cone synchronizer assembly (A) by aligning the synchronizer cone pins (B) with the holes in the 3rd gear (C), then install the synchronizer spring (D).

4. Install the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer hub (A) by aligning the synchronizer cone pins (B) with the slots in the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer hub (C).

5. Press in the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer hub (A) using the special tool.

6. Install the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer sleeve (A), aligning the stops (B) with the hub and the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer sleeve. After installation, check the operation of the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer hub assembly.

7. Install the synchronizer spring (A).

8. Install the double cone synchronizer assembly (B), aligning the synchronizer cone pins (C) with the slots in the 3rd/4th gear synchronizer hub (D).
9. Install the 4th gear pinion (A) by aligning the synchronizer cone pins (B) with the holes in the 4th gear pinion (C).

10. Install the needle bearings, spacer sleeve, 5th gear gear, spring and 5th gear synchronizer ring.
11. Install the 5th gear synchronizer hub (A) by aligning the synchronizer cone pins (B) with the slots in the 5th/6th gear synchronizer hub (C).

12. Press in the 5th gear synchronizer hub (A) using the special tool.

13. Install the 5th gear synchronizer sleeve.
14. Install the synchronizer spring (A).
15. Install the synchronizer ring (B), aligning the synchronizer cone pins (C) with the grooves in the 5th gear synchronizer hub (D).

16. Press in a new ball bearing (A) using the special tool and press (B).
