Note: The synchronizer sleeve and hub must be replaced as a set.
1. Measure the gap between each shift fork (A) and the corresponding synchronizer race (B). If the gap exceeds the specified limit, proceed to step 1. 2.

2. Measure the thickness of the shift fork fingers.
- If the thickness of the shift fork fingers is different from the standard, replace the shift fork with a new one.
- If the thickness of the shift fork fingers is within the normal range, replace the synchronizer sleeve with a new one.
Standard: 7.4-7.6 mm
3. Measure the gap between the shift fork (A) and the shift rod (B). If the gap exceeds the specified limit, proceed to step. 4.

4. Measure the width of the gear shift lever.
- If the shift rod width is different from the standard, replace the shift rod with a new one.
- If the shift link width is within the standard, replace the shift fork or shift part with a new one.
