Removal
1. Remove the front wheels.
2. Remove the mud deflector.
3. Secure the pulley with the handle (A) and holder (B).
4. Remove the bolt using a 19mm socket (C) and a pry bar.
Installation
1. Clean the crankshaft pulley (A), crankshaft (B), bolt (C) and washer (D). Apply grease as shown in the figure.
2. Install the crankshaft pulley and secure the pulley with the handle (A) and holder (B).
3. Tighten the pulley bolt to 245 Nm (25.0 kgf·m) using a torque wrench and a 19 mm socket (C). Do not use an impact wrench.
4. Install the mud deflector.
5. Install the front wheels.
