1. Press the hub (A) out of the steering knuckle (B) using a special tool and a hydraulic press. Secure the steering knuckle using a hydraulic press (C) or equivalent special tool. Do not deform the mudguard. Hold the hub while separating it to prevent it from falling.

5. Press the inner race of the wheel bearing (A) out of the hub (B) using a special tool, a bearing separator (C) and a press.

6. Before assembly, thoroughly wash the steering knuckle and hub in solvent.

7. Press the new wheel bearing (A) into the steering knuckle (B) using the old bearing (C), steel disc (D), special tool and press. Do not damage the sleeve with the sealing packing.

Note.
  • Install the wheel bearing on the steering knuckle with a magnetic sensor (E) (brown color) inside.
  • Remove oil, grease, dust and other foreign matter from the surface of the magnetic sensor.
  • Do not bring magnetized tools near the magnetic sensor surface.
  • Be careful not to damage the magnetic sensor surface when installing the wheel bearing.


8. Install the ring clamp (A), support plate (B) and brake hose mounting bracket (C). Tighten the flange nuts and bolts to the specified torque.
