1. Remove the transmission (see Ch. 7). On Odyssey V6 models, the engine must be removed to remove the transmission.

2. Remove the clutch and release bearing (for cars with manual transmission).

3. Mark the position of the flywheel (leading disk) relative to the end of the crankshaft, gradually and evenly unscrew the bolts and remove the flywheel (disk).


4. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Tighten the flywheel bolts (leading disk) with the moment:
  • for cars with manual transmission - 103 Nm.
  • for cars with automatic transmission - 74 Nm.
