Removal



1. Remove the transmission.

2. Remove the mounting bolts and flywheel.

3. The back cover can be removed (only for manual transmission).

To install:



All major rotating parts, including the flywheel/drive plate, are individually balanced to zero. No balancing for the engine or balance weights for the new flywheel are required.

1. Install the back cover if it is removed.

2. Place the flywheel on the crankshaft and install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to the required torque in a crisscross pattern. For all manual transmissions, the bolts are tightened to 105 Nm. For all automatic transmissions, to 75 Nm.
