Fuel
The fuel used in the vehicles under consideration is unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of at least 87. If the engine compression ratio is higher than 9:1, the fuel must be of the highest quality (premium brands). If signs of detonation or prolonged engine operation after the ignition is turned off are observed, it is recommended to switch to gasoline with a higher octane number. It is permissible to reduce the ignition timing angle by several degrees.
Oil
The recommended viscosity of the oils used at a given temperature is shown in the diagram.

It is highly recommended not to add oils of other brands, as this may cause engine failure. The containers in which the oil is sold contain API designations (American Petroleum Institute) classification of oil for given operating conditions. In the vehicles under consideration, only oil with a grade not lower than API Service SH should be used. Oils of this grade, in addition to having good flushing properties at high and low temperatures, ensure the preservation of dirt and solid particles in suspension, neutralization of acids and other products that appear during engine operation, which cause corrosion and accelerated engine wear.
