Note:
- To ensure reinstallation in the original position, label components as you remove them.
- Check the axles and rocker arms.
- If reused, the valve rocker arms must be installed in their original positions.
- When removing or installing the rocker arm assemblies, do not remove the bolts from the camshaft brackets as they hold the brackets, springs, and rocker arms to the shaft.
- Before assembly, clean all components in solvent, dry them and apply lubricant to all contact surfaces.
- Tie the rocker arms together with rubber bands and store them together as a set.
