2. Fit the flange nuts (B) onto the top of the shock absorber.
3. Secure the shock absorber to the steering knuckle and insert the tie bolts (A) and nuts (B) into the shock absorber and lightly tighten the nuts,
4. Place a jack under the lower suspension arm ball joint and raise the suspension so that it supports the weight of the vehicle.
Warning. Do not place a jack under the ball joint pin on the lower control arm.
5. Tighten the flange nuts (B) on top of the shock absorber to the specified torque.
6. Tighten the shock absorber clamping nuts to the required torque.
7. Install the brake hose bracket (A) and wheel sensor wiring harness bracket (B) to the shock absorber and tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
8. Connect the tie rod end to the steering arm and tighten the nut (A) to the specified torque. After tightening, install the cotter pin (B) and bend its tip as shown in the figure.
9. Clean the contact surface of the brake disc and wheel from the inside, then install the front wheels.
10. Check the front wheel alignment angles and adjust if necessary.
