Note: Wear protective gloves.
1. Remove the following components:
- Door panel.
- Plastic lid (if necessary).
2. Carefully lift the glass (A) until you see the bolts. Turn them inside out. Carefully remove the glass from the window groove. Do not drop the glass inside the door.
3. Disconnect the connector (A) and set it aside. Remove the harness clamp (B) from the door.
4. Remove the bolts (C) and loosen the bolts (D), then remove the window regulator (E) through the hole in the door.
5. Apply grease to the sliding surfaces of the window regulator (A) indicated by arrows.
6. Install the glass and window regulator in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Move the glass up and down and make sure it moves without sticking.
- Make sure that there is no gap between the glass and the guide channel when closed.
- Adjust the position of the glass if necessary.
