2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Remove the bolt (A) and flip the caliper (IN) up.
4. Remove the brake pads (IN) and gaskets (A).
5. Remove retaining plate inserts (A).
6. Clean the brace (IN) caliper from dirt and foreign objects.
7. Apply grease to the surfaces of the caliper bracket shown in the figure.
8. Install retaining plate inserts.
9. Using a special tool (A) sink the piston into the caliper cylinder (IN).
10. Apply special brake grease to the pad, piston and gasket surfaces shown in the illustration.
11. Install pads and gaskets.
12. Lower a support into place and wrap a bolt.
- Tightening torque - 23 Nm
13. Press the brake pedal several times so that the piston is pressed against the brake shoe.
14. Check up level of a brake liquid in a tank and, if necessary, add a liquid.
15. Make sure there are no brake fluid leaks and that the brake hoses do not rub against other parts.
