2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Loosen the bolt (A) and tilt the support (B) upward.

4. Remove the brake pads (B) and linings (A).

5. Remove the retaining plate inserts (A).

6. Clean the caliper bracket (B) from dirt and foreign objects.
7. Apply grease to the surfaces of the caliper bracket as shown in the figure.
8. Install the retaining plate inserts.
9. Using the special tool (A), press the piston into the caliper cylinder (B).

10. Apply special brake lubricant to the surfaces of the pads, piston and linings as shown in the figure.

11. Install the pads and gaskets.
12. Lower the caliper into place and tighten the bolt.
- Tightening torque - 23 Nm
13. Press the brake pedal several times to force the piston against the brake pad.
14. Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and top up if necessary.
15. Check that there are no brake fluid leaks and that the brake hoses do not rub against other parts.
