
2. Remove the screws.
3. On the driver's door with power door lock switch: Pull the inside handle housing (A) rearward and toward you and remove the power door lock switch bracket (B) from the door panel.

4. On the driver's door without electric door lock switch and the passenger's door: Pull the inner handle housing (A).

5. If equipped, disconnect the connector (A) from the driver's side power door lock switch.
Disconnect the inner handle rod (B), then remove the inner handle housing (C).

6. Lower the window completely.
7. Remove the screws from under the armrest.

8. On the passenger door: Remove the switch panel (A).
- Insert a flat-blade screwdriver wrapped in protective tape through the hole under the armrest, press on the panel from the back and release the rear hook (B).
- Pull the edges of the panel and release the hooks (C) and the clamp.
- Disconnect the connector (D) from the power window switch.

9. Remove the cover from the mirror support.
10. Remove the door panel (A), bending it as little as possible to avoid warping or breaking it.
- Release the clamp (B).
- Release the clips (C) that secure the door panel using the trim panel puller (D) (available for sale).
- Starting at the rear, pull the door panel up, then release the door lock button (E).

11. On the driver's door: Disconnect the connector (A) from the power window switch, the connector (B) from the power mirror switch and, if equipped, disconnect the connector (C) from the sunroof opener switch and the connector (D) from the central locking control unit and remove the harness clips (E) from the back of the door panel. The picture shows a right-hand drive model; the arrangement on the left-hand drive model is symmetrical, except that there is no central locking control unit in the door.

12. On the driver's door: Press the switch panel (A) from the back and release the clip and hooks (B), then remove the panel.

13. The panel is installed in the reverse order of removal, taking into account the following:
- Replace damaged clamps.
- Make sure the connectors are inserted securely and the rod is connected properly.
