1. Remove the inner roof lining.

2. Close the glass (A) completely using the hatch key:
  • Make sure that both lever cams (B) are parallel and in the position shown.
  • Check the fit of the glass to the roof panel and the height of the glass.

3. Loosen the sunroof position switch (C) mounting bolts using a pipe wrench.

4. Adjust the sunroof position switch (D):
  • Move the switch plate (E) a little at a time, then secure it in the position where you hear a faint click as the switch cam (F) pushes the sunroof position switch (open/closed).
  • Make sure the switch plate contacts the switch bracket (F).

5. Check the glass movement (from tilted up to fully closed position and from fully open to fully closed position), by pressing the sunroof switch.
